FOUR CARAT "DIAMOND"

THANK YOU R.P. FOR MAKING PARTS IN AMERICA! MY PART APPEARS TO BE OF HIGH QUALITY. FROM A QA/QC PERSPECTIVE I WASN'T TOO ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT THE USE OF A SELF-LOCKING NUT ON THE THREADED END OF THE BRACKET(THE THREADS ON SHAFT END HAD TO BE CLEANED UP TO ACCEPT THE NUT). THE PHOTO OF THE PART SHOWS A CASTLE NUT AND NICE CHAMFER ON THE SHAFT END.TRADITIONALLY A CROSS-DRILLED HOLE AND COTTER PIN WOULD HAVE BEEN PREFERABLE IN THIS APPLICATION.
