At Rare Parts,Inc., we strive to supply parts of the highest quality to our customers by
designing and engineering parts to the best concepts and materials available in 2001. While
the parts we have engineered look and fit as original, the internal wear design is the best
of the new 2001 part design concept. Parts are designed using various CAD/CAM systems to
insure all designs are the best possible. All parts engineered by Rare Parts have a limited
lifetime warranty. To insure the entire parts produced meet our high standards,
we have an extensive testing and quality control laboratory.
We use all the basic inspection tools found in a modern quality control laboratory: surface plated,
digital measuring instruments, A 30 inch comparator, guage blocks, Rockwell testers and a superficial
hardness tester, to name a few. |

A random sampling inspection is performed on all parts engineered at Rare Parts. Adjoining
our quality control laboratory is our testing facility. Parts are tested using a variety of test
machines. Charpy impact tester to test ball studs. A 60,000 pound tensile tester is used to evaluate
and compare parts. Additionally, we use two fatigue testers to evaluate the life of the parts. Yes,
we do purchase our competitors parts and evaluate them
