In 1993, after Rare Parts proved its success, Lyle decided it was time for change. Lyle’s love for the water, and the demand for his products, drove him to build our main headquarters along the deep-water channel in Stockton, CA. The new building, 28,000 sq ft., provided ample space to grow our inventory, increase manufacturing, and add a quality control facility.
This is where is all began back in 1981. A whopping 3,000 sq ft. to get things started.
Built in 1993, the above 28,000 sq. ft. building is home to Rare Parts.
In 2002, in order to meet our expanding inventory and machine shop needs, an additional 23,000 sq ft. warehouse was constructed next door to the company headquarters.
